Bertrand Duchaufour is one of the most prolific independent perfumers in modern niche perfumery, long associated with L'Artisan Parfumeur where he served as in-house nose. He is celebrated for his mastery of incense, resins and mineral woods.

For Amouage he composed landmarks such as Jubilation XXV and Jubilation 40, structured, regal compositions that helped define the house's modern golden age.
