Returns, Withdrawal and Refunds

Due to hygiene, safety, preservation, and product authenticity requirements, perfumes sold on Niche.ma are not eligible for return or refund after delivery once they have been opened, unsealed, used, tested, altered, or if the original packaging has been damaged.

Under Moroccan distance selling rules, certain mandatory consumer rights may apply in limited situations. However, the withdrawal right may be excluded for goods which, by their nature, cannot be reshipped or cannot be returned to sale under normal integrity and safety conditions. 

If a Product is damaged upon delivery, defective, or not compliant with the order, the Customer must contact Niche.ma within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos and the order number. After review, Niche.ma may offer a replacement, a store credit, or where legally required, a refund. The supplier remains responsible for proper performance of the distance contract.
