Christopher Sheldrake

Christopher Sheldrake is a British perfumer and one of the architects of modern oriental perfumery, the longtime creative partner of Serge Lutens before becoming deputy perfumer at Chanel.

He composed Ambre Sultan and many Lutens landmarks, fragrances that taught a generation to love resins, spices and dried herbs.
