Quentin Bisch

Quentin Bisch is one of the boldest and most prolific perfumers in contemporary perfumery, known for his powerful, textured and resolutely modern sillages. Unlike the classic path of most noses, this native of Strasbourg first began his career in the performing arts as an actor and playwright, before turning to his true passion for scent. Spotted by the renowned perfumer Jean Guichard, he joined the prestigious Givaudan school, where he refined his craft with a visceral approach. His artistic past shows in his unique olfactory style, often described as theatrical and vibrant: he masters the balance between grand natural materials and innovative synthetic molecules, such as Akigalawood, to sculpt fragrances with exceptional projection and longevity.

Today a star perfumer within the Givaudan composition house, he is the architect of countless commercial blockbusters and true masterpieces of niche perfumery. His talent for capturing the spirit of the times has let him sign global phenomena, like the hypnotic Delina for Parfums de Marly or the essential Fleur Narcotique for Ex Nihilo. His close collaboration with designer Marc-Antoine Barrois has also produced avant-garde compositions widely acclaimed by enthusiasts, notably the mineral and fascinating Ganymede as well as B683. Whether he composes for exclusive luxury or for designer pillars like Good Girl by Carolina Herrera or Le Mâle Le Parfum by Jean Paul Gaultier, his dramatic, memorable writing makes him an essential figure in the industry.
