Musc Ravageur, composed by Maurice Roucel in 2000, is one of the founding fragrances of Frédéric Malle's Editions de Parfums and a landmark of modern amber perfumery. It celebrates musk on its own, without flowers, warmed by spice and sweetness.
Bergamot and lavender give it a brief aromatic lift, cinnamon and clove bring heat, and musk with vanilla, tonka and amber leaves a deep, comforting trail. Long-lasting with a confident projection, it is made for cooler seasons and evenings.

Maurice Roucel is a celebrated French Master Perfumer renowned for his opulent, assertive olfactory signatures. Awarded the Prix Francois Coty in 2002 and inducted into the Fragrance Foundation Hall of Fame, he began his career as an organic chemist at Chanel before creating benchmark classics for Hermes, Guerlain, and Frederic Malle, most notably the legendary Musc Ravageur.
